Description: We are currently recruiting for passionate Demi Chefs de Partie to join our Culinary team. As a Demi Chef you will be supporting the Chefs de Partie and Kitchen team in the supervision of the assigned section. Duties will include:
Preparing ingredients for cooking including portioning, chopping and storing
Preparing and cook food according to recipes, quality and preparation standards
Working as part of a team maintain the high quality levels of food production
Other supervisory duties as required
